If at any time I feel professional counseling or the services of another professional is needed, I will refer you after discussing options with you, and getting your approval.

The packages are designed to provide you options based on your individual needs, what you want to accomplish, and your time and budget parameters. Consider the following as investments in your future.

     Initial Consultation = No Charge 
      (Getting to know each other and if we're a good fit.)
​
     Baseline 60-Minute Session = $70
      (Exploring your needs, goals and expectations. Charting a path forward.)
​
     Two 45-Minute Sessions Per Month = $140
 
     Three 45-Minute Sessions Per Month = $195
​
     Four 45-Minute Sessions Per Month = $240
​
     Individual Sessions = $90 (After initial consultation)
 
     30-Minute Follow-up Session After Coaching Ends = $65
 
Fees include coaching sessions in person, by phone, by e-mail, or by zoom. Each package includes weekly encouraging e-mails, and the appropriate coaching forms, worksheets or exercises designed help you progress, learn something new, or take action. 
 
Group sessions and customized seminar packages are available. 
 
Payment is monthly, or as agreed upon, in advance by check or credit cards.
